North Korea’s backlash against President Biden’s missile launch?

North Korean Labor Party Central Committee secretary Lee Byeong-cheol presented a talk through the Chosun Central News Agency today.

First, he stressed that the launch of a ballistic missile launched on the 25th is an act that belongs to the sovereign state’s right to self-defense.

He also expressed strong concern by revealing hostility toward North Korea, saying that the U.S. ruler is a violation of the UN resolution over the normal weapons test belonging to the right of self-defense.

Meanwhile, President Biden’s remarks were blatantly accused of being an outright violation and provocation of the right to self-defense.
