US Forces Korea, who entered the corona 19 vaccine vaccination against command and medical staff, including Commander Abrams, at bases in Pyeongtaek, Osan, and Gunsan, Gyeonggi-do.

Koreans in the USFK, such as KATUSA Soldiers, are also in a position to get the vaccine if they wish.

However, it is inevitable for the government to be cautious from the position of the government, which has to consider the responsibility for side effects after vaccinations that are not approved in Korea.

The Ministry of Defense conditionally allowed Koreans in the USFK, including KATUSA Soldiers, to receive the vaccination.

There are three main conditions.

First, the person receiving the vaccination must be informed of the possibility of adverse reactions and follow-up measures such as treatment.

Second, you must voluntarily choose your vaccination.

The third condition is that when vaccination is given by the Korean government, a list of vaccinations must be provided so that Koreans in the USFK can avoid duplicate vaccinations and manage the history of adverse events.
