At the same time, the Blue House also announced the results of its own investigation of staff above the secretary level, saying that there were no suspected cases of speculation.

A week after the launch of the joint government investigation team, the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs announced the results of a land transaction survey of over 14,000 employees.

In total, 20 people owned land in the 3rd new city district and adjacent areas revealed by this survey.

In addition to the 13 government officials suspected of speculation revealed by the disclosure of the Minbyun-Participation Solidarity, 7 additional LH employees were confirmed.

By region, Gwangmyeong and Siheung new towns were the most with 15, followed by Goyang and Changneung with 2, Namyangju and Wangsuk, and Gwacheon and Hanam Gyosan with one each.

In addition to land transactions, the joint investigation team confirmed 144 employees of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and LH who own houses in the 3 city development district and adjacent areas.

However, most of them own houses in the existing city area, so the policy is to hand over the data to the Special Investigation Headquarters to determine whether or not to speculate.

In addition, we decided to entrust the investigation of the families of public officials that the joint investigation team had previously decided to entrust to the Special Investigation Headquarters.

It is explained that it is for rapid investigation and thorough law enforcement, as it requires consent from family members to provide information.

At the same time as the government announcement, the Blue House also disclosed the details of real estate transactions for high-ranking public officials at the level of secretary or higher.

As a result of a survey of 368 people including the staff, spouses, and immediate family members, it was revealed that there were 0 suspected cases of speculation in the 3rd new town.
