The government has been pushing for a special housing policy in order to realize the people’s hopes and dreams of preparing a home. However, situations of illegal dumping were revealed that abused the inside information of employees of public institutions at the forefront of government execution.

It is an unforgivable crime that tramples the trust and hope of the people and shakes the foundation of a fair society. The government will thoroughly investigate allegations of illegal speculation, centered on the Government Joint Special Investigation Headquarters, with the determination of death.

We will be punished strongly according to the results, and the proceeds of illegal crime will be thoroughly returned in accordance with the laws and regulations. Along with this, we will improve laws and systems to eradicate the illegality and illegality of the real estate market, which has been committed under the name of practice.

At the same time, we will carry out bold innovation that sharpens the bones with special measures to repair LH, which has been unable to restore public trust. First of all, the 20 people who were suspected of speculation, such as those identified as a result of the last government joint investigation, will promptly implement forced disposal of farmland according to the results of the investigation.

The government will never hesitate. We promise to the people of the people that we will quickly improve from issues that can be executed with the will of quick determination.

Today, we will discuss the direction of improving the farmland system to eradicate farmland speculation, which is an intensive means of speculation, and how to control LH’s internal control to enhance LH’s fairness and transparency.

From now on, we will thoroughly and strictly manage the pre- and post-management of farmland acquisition so that speculators can no longer use farmland as a prey for speculation.

Along with the thorough review of the management plan of the Agricultural Cooperatives, areas of concern for dumping must go through the deliberation of the newly established Farmland Committee.

At the same time, we will reinforce the farmland management system so that speculation cannot intervene through meticulous follow-up management such as obligating the use of newly acquired farmland to be investigated and strengthening punishment for illegal activities.

In addition, the government will overhaul the internal control measures so that LH executives and employees share internal development information and methods of speculation, and to prevent the recurrence of illegal speculation.

First of all, LH executives and employees will be prohibited from acquiring land other than the purpose of actual use. In addition, by establishing an information system to manage the land owned by employees, we will establish a system to prevent and supervise speculation on a regular basis.

Prior to the designation of a new business district, we will conduct a thorough investigation of the land of our employees, and if illegal dumping and suspicious behavior are detected, we will take strong personnel measures such as ex officio dismissal, as well as punishment through investigation requests.
