[정치][앵커리포트] 100-minute interview…How would you answer the pardon?

This is the fourth press conference for President Moon Jae-in’s New Year.

In 2018 and 2019, we held an interview following the New Year’s address, and last year we had a brief greeting and an interview.

This year, as we plan for about 100 minutes, it is expected that about 20 people will be able to ask questions.

In the recent mood, it seems that three or four questions have already been decided.

What is most interested in is President Moon’s thoughts on the former president’s pardon.

President Moon has responded to any sensitive question at conferences over the past three years.

In 2019, he did not avoid allegations of the Blue House Special Superintendent, the disclosure of former secretary Shin Jae-min, and last year’s prosecution personnel and questions about the Blue House investigation.

The same was true of the controversy over the former Minister of the Fatherland, who once divided the square in two.

However, there are many prospects that it will not be easy to make a decision on one side because the consensus on pardon has not been sufficiently established not only in public opinion, but also in the politics.

This press conference will also be held without a script, but President Moon, who also answers reporters who ask questions about the special pardon, must have prepared.

As the special pardon is the president’s own authority, attention is expected to focus on every word of the answer.
