Corona 19 confirmed cases continue to occur through religious rallies held in churches across the country.

In Busan, the spread of entertainment establishments shows no signs of slowing down.

It is a church that is known to have about ten sister churches nationwide.

At the end of last month, meetings were held one after another in Daejeon, Jeonju, Hoengseong, Gangwon-do, and Hanam, Gyeonggi-do.

It was investigated that not only members of this church but also members of neighboring churches attended this meeting, known as the so-called’healing gift meeting’.

The quarantine authorities believe that the quarantine regulations, such as wearing a mask and keeping distance, were not properly followed at this meeting.

The list of attendees is not well prepared, making it difficult to investigate epidemiology.

A group infection in an entertainment establishment in Busan, revealed above the water by a preemptive inspection by the quarantine authorities.

Since the first discovery on the 24th of last month, new cases have continued to occur.

More than 30 people, including workers and users, were additionally confirmed, and there are more than 270 related confirmed cases counted so far.

The Busan quarantine authorities have upgraded social distancing to the second stage and strengthened inspections of 4,000 entertainment facilities.
