In a 5-star hotel in Jeju, I accidentally saw the inside of the sauna.

The hotel side raised controversy, including reporting to the police against complaining guests that they were disrupting business.

A couple who traveled to Jeju with their dream of being newlyweds.

On the last day of my trip, I had a shocking experience.

While walking around the hotel, I stumbled upon the inside of the sauna.

Mrs. A and Mrs. A informed the hotel staff about this.

However, the hotel strongly denied that the window had a film that was invisible from the outside, and that the blinds would not be seen at night.

[호텔 관계자 : 이 부분은 오픈하기 전에 저희가 다 테스트했던 부분이에요. 날이 밝았을 때는 밖에서 보더라도 안 보입니다.]

The hotel, who said there was a misunderstanding to Mrs. A, finally admits the mistake when the sauna room is visible.

[호텔 관계자 대화 : 정말 실수입니다. (더군다나 여자 사우나실을?) 제가 시트를 잘못된 부분이 있어요.]

The place with a small window behind me is a women’s shower room, and now the blinds are struck and I can’t see the inside.

When Mrs. A used it, the blinds were not open, so the inside was visible.

Last month, a photo of the inside of the sauna was accidentally posted on social media.

Because of this, Mr. A and Mrs. A may have been photographed, which is a traumatic situation.

The hotel said that there was no damage as a result of checking CCTV screens with the police during the stay.

In addition, it is a position to supplement the operation of the sauna, which was a problem.

[호텔 관계자 : 유리차단 코팅도 누락된 부분이 있었기 때문에 보완을 하기 위해 사우나 운영을 중단하고 즉시 시정 조치 중입니다.]
