Someone sprinkled spray paint on a parked foreign vehicle and ran away.

It was a crime in broad daylight, and the police are chasing the criminal.

A residential area in Wonju, Gangwon-do.

The black luxury foreign vehicle is full of graffiti.

English characters of unknown meaning were written or heart marks were also written.

I sprinkled it with white spray paint, but it doesn’t come off easily.

I used white spray paint to graffiti on the sides, windows and wheels as well as the front bonnet.

There was a car black box, but it didn’t contain the crime.

All three vehicles were hit by paint terror.

The crime was committed after 9 a.m., not at dawn when people were scarce.

[피해 차주 : (아침) 아홉 시쯤 나왔을 때는 분명히 멀쩡했는데, 점심 먹고 와 보니 그렇게 돼 있더라 이렇게 얘기를 해주더라고요.]

The problem is that there are not only witnesses, but also the appearance of the criminal in the car black box.

However, a check card was found on the car with no idea who it was.

[피해 차주 : 그 차위에다가 체크카드를 올려놓고 간 게 하나 있어요. 체크카드를 떨궈 놨더라고요.]

The crime location is a road on the back of a residential area where parking spaces are insufficient.

Residents were uncomfortable due to the lack of parking space, but they said there was no parking problem enough to graffiti.

[인근 주민 : 여태껏 다른 차를 다 갖다 대도 저런 (낙서) 없었어요. 그런데 이번에 저렇게 그려놓고.]
