While group infections, centered on nursing homes, hospitals, and churches, have not subsided, an order to restrict movement has been issued to a village in Seocheon, South Chungcheong Province.

It is said that movement restrictions have been imposed in a village. Can you tell us in detail what happened?

It is Hwageum 2-ri, Seocheon-eup, Chungcheongnam-do.

One village resident who recently took the bus was confirmed.

After examining the contact person, four more confirmed cases were found in one village.

The bus company’s employee was initially diagnosed with a series of infections, and so far, 13 people have been confirmed.

Once the same group, or cohort, was quarantined in this village, the movement of residents was restricted, and a temporary screening clinic was installed to inspect the entire village.

In Gwangju, the aftermath of a group infection from Evergreen Nursing Home continues.

Two more people were confirmed, and the number of related cases increased to 50.

Currently, the 2nd and 3rd floors of this nursing home are in the same group, or cohort, quarantined, and all inmates with negative test results have been taken to other hospitals.

The number of confirmed cases related to Gwangju Cheongsa Church also increased by two.

As a result, the cumulative confirmed number was 32.

In addition, the number of confirmed cases continues to increase in relation to foreign food stores in Cheonan, Chungcheongnam-do, where the outbreak has occurred.

A little while ago, the news came that seven more people were tested positive.

So, 28 more were confirmed, and the cumulative confirmed number increased to 90.

Specifically, 23 people were added from Cheonan, 4 from Hongseong, and 1 from Asan.

The quarantine authorities believe that the infection spread as foreigners gathered in the space on the second floor of a food store.

In Chungbuk, a series of infections from churches are spreading following a series of infections between hospitals.

Goesan St. Mary’s Hospital, Eumseong Somang Hospital, and Jincheon Doeun Hospital were made into a triangular ring, and so far, close to 200 confirmed cases have occurred.

In addition, 15 confirmed cases occurred in Cheongju, of which 11 were confirmed as a serial infection from a small church.

In Asan, Chungcheongnam-do, three additional people were confirmed in connection with a farming association corporation operated by a church.

Accordingly, the cumulative number of confirmed cases increased to 17.

The quarantine authorities say the contagion appears to have occurred through a place where congregation members working in farming unions live and eat.

Looking at the spread of Corona 19 these days, 1 out of 4 confirmed cases is classified as a case of spread between families.

In addition, the proportion of confirmed cases of so-called’unknown infection route’, where it is unknown where and how they got coronavirus, has risen to 28%.

In a word, it means that the anxious situation of not knowing who’is infected’ has become more serious.

Accordingly, temporary screening and inspection stations are also being installed outside of the metropolitan area, but Busan installed it first.

At the Busan Temporary Screening Test, four people have been confirmed, but there is news that three more have been confirmed.

Gwangju City also started operating a temporary screening laboratory today.

It started operation at 1 p.m. today, but it was installed in the Gwangju City Hall Plaza.

While it is raining, many citizens are visiting screening clinics.

In the temporary screening laboratory, anyone can get an anonymous test for free regardless of the epidemiological relationship, such as the presence of symptoms or contact with the confirmed person.
