The number of patients related to the Administrative Welfare Center in Busa-dong, Daejeon, where the first confirmed yesterday was confirmed, has increased to eight.

In Gwangju, where church-related group infections have increased rapidly, face-to-face worship is prohibited until the 10th.

In the midst of this, a church in Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju, was caught conducting a face-to-face service.

It was confirmed that the church had a face-to-face service at about 8 o’clock yesterday evening with 44 members present.

The quarantine authorities will accuse the church official of violating the Infectious Disease Prevention Act.

This church was also accused of having a face-to-face service in December last year for violating the quarantine guidelines.

Chungbuk Eumseong Somang Hospital was normalized from noon today, 51 days after the same group quarantine.

The group infection in this hospital began on December 15 last year when two patients returned after being treated at Goesan St. Mary’s Hospital were confirmed.

Since then, 170 people have been infected, including patients and workers.

The quarantine was lifted from Goesan St. Mary’s Hospital and Jincheon Doeun Hospital to Eumseong Somang Hospital, and the collective infection between the three hospitals in Chungbuk was virtually ended.

At Antioch Church in Gwangju, where group infections in the church led to a chain spread of local communities, a full test was conducted before quarantine was lifted.

In this church, after an indicator patient came out on the 25th of last month, 10025 people were confirmed.

The test targets were about 280 people, including those who attended the worship service on the 24th of last month and those who were confirmed by the Antioch Church.

Antioch Church-related self-isolation is lifted at noon tomorrow, when church facilities are closed and the ban on gatherings ends.

Gwangju Metropolitan City, which was contemplating whether to ease the business hours of restaurants and other stores, decided to extend its business hours to 10 pm, like the rest of the non-metropolitan areas.
