The fire that occurred at the hotel in Muju Resort, Jeonbuk, fortunately, did not cause any significant personal injury.

A fire started on the roof side, and the news of the fire and the fact that former pop star Michael Jackson visited this hotel is drawing attention.

The fire started from one side of the roof and quickly spread throughout the roof.

The wooden roof was built in European style, so it burned easily in strong winds.

It’s 3:30 in the morning, so it’s been 4 and a half hours since the fire started.

As you can see, there are still flames on the roof like that.

In the early days of the fire, people were concerned about the damage, but fortunately, it rarely occurred.

This is because a fire started on the roof of the 5th floor, not the lower floor, and more than 80 people including guests and staff quickly evacuated.

Only one guest was treated in the hospital for drinking smoke.

The fire department is investigating the cause of the fire with the electrical factors in mind and the possibility of overheating the firewood stove flue from the roof.

The so-called’Michael Jackson Room’ where Michael Jackson stayed is Room 501 on the top floor, right under the roof, and there was a memo he left and a picture of Michael Jackson.
