A woman who killed her stepson, who called herself a mother, put her in a suitcase for death, and was sentenced to 25 years in prison for more sentences than the lower court in appeal.

The court of appeals court also acknowledged the intentionality of the murder, like the lower court, but decided it was not a deliberate crime.

A stepmother in her 40s who was handed over to trial for having her stepson locked in a suitcase for death.

The Court of Appeals sentenced the defendant to 25 years in prison.

The older brother has increased three years more than the first half.

In June of last year, the step-son of an elementary school student was transferred to two small and medium-sized travel bags at a house in Cheonan, Chungcheongnam-do.

“Mom, I can’t breathe!” “Breath! Breath!”

It was not enough to ignore the call for life, so I jumped on my bag and ran several times, blown hot air with a hair dryer, and taped the cracks in the torn bag.

The judges believed that they were able to fully recognize or foresee that a stepson would die from this series of actions.

He said that the pain and terrible fear that the victim would have felt in a narrow, dark bag by vicious, cruel, and ruthless conduct was difficult to estimate.

However, the Court of Appeals also admitted only the’unwritten intention of murder’, like the lower court.

I decided that I wasn’t intentionally planning to kill my stepson.

The child abuse prevention agency expressed regret.

The judge said it was difficult to conceal anger and sadness as humans, parents, and citizens, but that they repressed their emotions with all their might to preserve the objectivity of the judgment.
