The police confiscated and searched IM Mission and IEM International School, an unlicensed educational facility, where the outbreak occurred last month.

During the seizure search, which lasted about 3 hours, the police secured 7 boxes of materials, including documents related to the missionary education and computer files.

Two people were accused of the police, including the representative of Michael Cho.

Police said they were seeking seizure as the facility was closed and the ban on gatherings was lifted.

Earlier, more than 400 corona19 confirmed cases came out from all over the country, including Daejeon and Gwangju, centering on unlicensed educational facilities operated by IM Mission.

Subsequent investigations of Daejeon City found that IEM International School violated the quarantine regulations, such as conducting face-to-face worship during non-face-to-face worship.

In addition, it was confirmed through an investigation by the City Office of Education that an unlicensed educational facility operated by IM Missions operated middle and high school subjects for more than 30 days using the school name without registration or school establishment procedures.

Although the measures to shut down the unlicensed educational facilities have ended, it is reported that the Mission will not operate the facilities for the time being.

The Daejeon City Office of Education decided to discuss the operation of the facility with the mission.
