There are a total of 25 confirmed cases identified by Gwangju Metropolitan City as of yesterday.
On the 22nd, after the first confirmed two days ago, it led to a group infection.
21 employees who worked together, 2 family members, and 1 close contact were confirmed.
The Bitgoeul Customer Center, where confirmed cases were poured out, is a building with 5 stories below the ground and 15 stories above the ground.
As Gwangju Metropolitan City actively attracts call centers for insurance companies, many call centers such as insurance company call centers are located on the 3rd to 12th floors.
The Gwangju Metropolitan City Corporation has also confirmed that there are about 1,000,500 employees working in the same building, raising concerns about further spread.
Gwangju City is planning to conduct a corona diagnosis test for all call center employees considering the fact that the call center is concentrated.
