Traffic control CCTV spotted a man in a car as if giving an injection to his arm.

112 reports have been filed alleging suspected drug use.

The moment when three patrol cars surround the car, the police approach the man and attempt a conversation.

The man suddenly reversed the car, hit two patrol cars, and ran away.

Police identified a suspect, a man in his 50s, and pursued an arrest.

In addition, because it was highly likely that they were out of the area, they arranged for vehicles nationwide.

The bumper of the patrol car hit by the car was broken, but fortunately the police were said to have not been injured.

However, as the screen that missed a suspected drug administration was released, questions were raised whether the police response was appropriate.

The police responded according to the manual and explained that the suspect had a crash and squeezed out of the patrol cars and was inevitable.
