The number of confirmed cases related to a nursing school in Gumi, Gyeongbuk continues to increase.

Infection has spread to instructors, students, and family members since the student was first confirmed on the 5th.

Until now, there are only 22 confirmed cases related to this nursing school, and it is not limited to Gumi, but has spread to nearby areas such as Gimcheon and Chilgok.

The number of confirmed cases related to the BTJ Universal Center, a religious facility in Sangju, Gyeongsangbuk-do, is also increasing throughout the region.

Two congregational members living in Daejeon were confirmed yesterday, and two contacts of the BTJ Community Center-related confirmed cases in Chungju, North Chungcheong Province were infected.

The quarantine authorities have issued an administrative order for visitors to undergo diagnostic tests as there have been confirmed cases related to this center nationwide, but the facility is currently closed.

In addition, at Doeun Hospital in Jincheon, Chungcheongbuk-do, where the same group is quarantined, the number of confirmed patients increased to 127 with an additional 11 people.

In the last two days, fewer than 20 confirmed cases a day appeared, and the increase seemed to have stopped, but the red light was turned on as 42 people were added today alone.
