Mr. A, an urban construction worker, participated in the bidding with his acquaintances while in charge of bidding for the site.

In a bid conducted through the government auction site’Onvid’, Mr. A received a successful bid for the site.

The police arrested Mr. A for interfering with the bidding and conducted a seizure and search of the Busan Metropolitan City Corporation, but the problem is not in the successful bid process, but afterwards.

It means that Mr. A, who could not provide money for the due date of the payment of the intermediate payment, arbitrarily adjusted the schedule.

Busan Metropolitan City Corporation has already identified these details and conducted an audit, and announced that it had dismissed Mr. A last year.
