[전국]21 years unfair jailbreak’innocent’… no apology to torture policeman

Choi In-cheol and Jang Dong-ik, who were imprisoned for 21 years after false confession because they could not be beaten by police torture, were acquitted at retrial.

The torture police officers at the time still did not apologize to the two people who had lived under the guise of being murderers.

It is the period of time before Choi In-cheol and Jang Dong-ik, who were arrested as suspects in the murder case, were not framed.

The two men, who were accused of the murder of the Nakdong River in Busan in 1990, falsely confessed that they did not overcome the torture of the police.

He had to spend 21 years in prison until his life imprisonment was confirmed and he was released as a model prisoner.

A retrial was held as police torture and fraudulent investigations were revealed, and the court found the two innocent.

The judge explained that the illegally collected evidence was incapable of evidence, saying it believed that the police at the time had committed torture and cruelty to obtain false confession.

While being imprisoned, Jang Dong-ik’s 2-year-old daughter became a grown-up over the age of 20.

The torture police officers of the time still haven’t apologized.

The retrial case is over, but the lawyer has work to do.

In order to state in court that they have never tortured, or to hold the responsibility of police officers who pretended to be victims, the lawyer plans to sue them for perjury.

Family members who were sentenced to probation from prison sentences for helping Choi In-cheol’s statement are also expected to be retried and lawsuits for damages.
