A woman in her twenties was killed by a van while crossing the crosswalk on the way home from work.

I thought it was a simple traffic accident, but when I checked the driver’s condition is weird, it was positive for methamphetamine.

The arrested driver in her 50s is on the verge of trial.

It is said that the allegations of dangerous driving caused by drugs have been eliminated.

At 7:40 pm on the 21st of December, the road outside Chuncheon, Gangwon-do.

The blue light turns on, and the woman crosses the crosswalk.

After a while, a van comes rushing to you.

The woman hit by the car disappears out of the CCTV screen at all.

This is a crosswalk in an accident.

It’s a 6-lane round-trip road. According to a police investigation, it was found that the victim flew 27m to the extent of how big the shock was at the time of the accident.

The perpetrator who drove the car is a 53-year-old mother-in-law.

He was a driver in the business, but he was driving without a license, and he said he had more accidents on his cell phone.

However, from the scene of the accident until he was investigated by the police, Mr. Jang was in a strange state.

However, in the case of Jang, the allegations of dangerous driving caused by drugs have been eliminated.

It is because of the time of dosing.

On December 15th, Jang revealed himself to the police that he had used methamphetamine, a week before the accident.

They used drugs, but they couldn’t find any evidence that they were drunk and drunk at the time of the accident.

After the prosecution’s investigation, Jang is currently handed over to trial only for violating the Act on Special Traffic Accidents and taking methamphetamine.

In the case of drug tests that are examined with urine, body hair, blood, etc., the timing of administration depends entirely on the statement of the suspect.

With his family filing petitions demanding severe punishment, Jang is set to have his first trial in the middle of this month.
