Yes, even in the coastal area of ​​Jeju, snow fell and piled up overnight.

The roads with heavy traffic were cleared and there was not much snow, so fortunately, there was no disruption on the way to work.

On the west coast and in the Honam area, overnight snow has accumulated, and even now, it is snowing, and turtles are running everywhere.

As the temperature is expected to drop further, the ice road is a concern, so it is safer to equip a winter gear or use public transportation on the way to work than by car.

In Jeju, cold wave warnings and heavy snow warnings are in effect in mountainous areas, and heavy snow warnings are in effect in places excluding mountains.

As of 8 o’clock in the morning, 14.4cm of snow was accumulated on Eorimok of Hallasan, and 0.1~0.2cm of snow was accumulated in the coastal area.

It is predicted that there will be 50cm more snow in Jeju, the day after tomorrow, in many mountainous areas and 5-15cm in coastal areas.

The cold wave is also painful.

In Jeju, the temperature of the entire region is below zero, but strong winds are blowing, so the temperature is lower.

A lot of snow is falling on the west coast and the Honam region.

In the Honam area, heavy snow warnings are in effect in most areas, and 1~2cm of snow per hour in the Jeonbuk area.

Until the day after tomorrow, the west coast of Honam, Gwangju, Jeongeup, etc. are more than 30cm and 5~20cm of snow will come in other areas.

In the Chungnam region, snow piled up overnight, centering on the west coast.

With the heavy snow and cold weather warnings in effect, 5~20cm of snow will fall on the west coast of Chungnam until the day after tomorrow, and 3~10cm of snow on other areas.

Cold weather warnings are also in effect everywhere, showing cold weather below -10 degrees Celsius.

Until tomorrow, strong winds, a lot of snow, and waves are so high that there may be disruptions in the operation of aircraft and passenger ships, so passengers are advised to check the flight information in advance.
