The Meteorological Administration predicted that there will be many places across the country with sub-zero temperatures, affected by the cold air coming down from the northwest with the snow stopped during the dawn of the day.

In the morning, the minimum temperature in the northeastern part of Gyeonggi Province and the inland of Gangwon and the mountainous region is around -10 degrees Celsius.

The expected minimum morning temperature by region is △Seoul -7 degrees △Chuncheon -8 degrees △Gangneung -2 degrees △Daejeon -5 degrees △Daegu -2 degrees △Busan 3 degrees △Jeonju -3 degrees △Gwangju -1 degrees △Jeju 6 degrees.

In addition, in areas with strong snow until dawn, there will be many places where visibility is very short, and roads and residential alleys are likely to become icy roads due to freezing of the accumulated snow.

The Meteorological Administration urged, “Please pay special attention to the safety of traffic and pedestrians, such as securing sufficient safety distance and falling accidents when driving a vehicle.”

However, from the daytime, the temperature will regain the right to video. The expected maximum temperature during the day is △Seoul 1°C △Chuncheon 0°C △Gangneung 6°C △Daejeon 4C △Daegu 6C △Busan 9C △Jeonju 4C △Gwangju 6C △Jeju 8C.

The concentration of fine dust is expected to be’good’ to’normal’ in the entire area due to smooth air diffusion.

The wave of the sea is expected to rise from 0.5 to 3.0 m off the west sea, 0.5 to 1.5 m off the south sea, 0.5 to 2.5 m off the east sea, up to 4.0 m off the west sea, 3.0 m off the far south sea, and 4.0 m off the far east sea.
