According to the Meteorological Administration, on the 13th, the daytime temperature will rise to around 10 degrees, 3 to 5 degrees higher than normal, and it will be cozy. In the southern regions, the temperature will rise significantly to around 15 degrees Celsius, but the morning minimum temperature in the inland region falls below 0 degrees, so be careful about the daily temperature difference.

On roads and bridges adjacent to the west coast, such as Seohae Bridge, Yeongjong Bridge, and Incheon Bridge, there are places where thick fog with a visibility distance of 200 m or less occurs due to the influx of sea fog. In other inland areas, there may be places with fog of less than 1 km of visibility, so traffic safety should be taken into consideration.

The minimum morning temperature for each region is △ Seoul 0 degrees △ Chuncheon -4 degrees △ Gangneung 3 degrees △ Daejeon -2 degrees △ Cheongju 0 degrees △ Daegu 1 degree △ Gwangju 3 degrees △ Jeonju 0 degrees △ Busan 6 degrees △ Jeju 10 degrees done.

The maximum temperature during the day is △15 degrees in Seoul △15 degrees in Chuncheon △16 degrees in Gangneung △16 degrees in Daejeon △15 degrees in Cheongju △18 degrees in Daegu △19 degrees in Gwangju △17 degrees in Jeonju △17 degrees in Busan △16 degrees in Jeju.

The concentration of fine dust will show’bad’ level in the metropolitan area, Gangwon Yeongseo, Chungcheong area, Honam area, Daegu, Ulsan, and Gyeongbuk as fine dust accumulates due to atmospheric stagnation. Other areas will be at the’normal’ level.

The Meteorological Administration said, “In the case of the southern coast, it is necessary to pay attention to the high seawater during high tide due to the aftermath of the astronomical tide, where the sea level rises and falls due to the attraction of the moon and the sun.”
