[영상] From controversy over interfloor noise to non-payment for toys… Lee Hwi-jae apologizes for public broadcast

(Seoul = Yonhap News) Comedian Lee Hwi-jae bowed his head to the recent controversy over inter-floor noise.

In episode 132 of TV Chosun’s’wife’s taste’, which aired on the 19th, Lee Hwi-jae said, “I was too careless and made a lot of mistakes” and said, “(To my neighbors) I apologized well and decided to contact me all the time, so it ended well.”

Recently, in a post on Social Network Service (SNS) of Lee Hwi-jae’s spouse, Moon Jung-won, a neighbor said, “If you’re at a lower house and you’re going to have the kids run at home for a few hours, please lay down the mat and let them run. Should I just put up with the situation where there is no improvement?” These families were engulfed in controversy over floor noise.

In the comment, Mr. Moon apologized, “I’m so sorry to say that I’m sorry every time. I’ve been making custom-made mats for the home, as it doesn’t seem to be possible with a mat that has been carefully laid out with children.”

Subsequently, Moon, who was caught up in suspicion that he bought a toy and did not pay the money properly, also released a handwritten apology through the agency IOK Company.

Moon, who wrote, “I am reflecting on the fact that I have not been sufficiently caring about the people around me,” said Moon, who has stopped all social media and YouTube activities.
