Ahead of the 4·7 re-election, three terrestrial broadcasters including SBS conducted a joint poll. When asked who would vote among the 13 candidates who were registered as candidates for the mayor of Seoul without unification conditions, Park Young-sun 27.3%, Oh Se-hoon 30.2%, and Ahn Cheol-soo 24.0%.

All but the three candidates were less than 1%.

Regarding the meaning of this by-election, 32.7% of the ruling party candidates were elected for stable state administration, and 59.3% were the opposition party candidates for state administration.

As for the willingness to vote, 92.1% would vote and 5.2% would not vote. The Japanese vote was 56.4%.

The highest voter turnout in pre-voting, which started in 2013, was 26.7% at last year’s general election, so next month’s final results are paying attention.

The voters’ party support in Seoul was 27.3% for the Democratic Party, 32.6% for the People’s Power, 3.7% for the Justice Party, 10.1% for the People’s Party, and 2.3% for the Open Democratic Party.
