Regarding the unification of opposition powers with the Mayor of Seoul City Mayor Oh Se-hoon, Oh Se-hoon, the president of the National Assembly, running for the mayoral election by the mayor of Seoul . Representative Ahn said, “If we start a public opinion poll this weekend, we will be able to decide on a single candidate on Monday (22nd).” “You have to go ahead.”

Representative Ahn said, “Now, who is advantageous because it is disadvantageous, so let’s not talk about it,” he said. “Both the people’s party and the people’s power of candidate Oh Se-hoon and I are responsible for receiving the people’s desire for victory in the opposition and the orders of the times.” He said, “I think that is the least political doctrine for the citizens of Seoul that the unity could not be achieved until the registration date.”

Representatives Ahn and Candidate Se-Hoon Oh initially promised to unify before the registration date (18th), but failed to unify as they were unable to narrow their disagreements on the poll method and question even in the last negotiations the previous day. Accordingly, the two sides will each register as’Symbol No. 2 Oh Se-Hoon’ and’Symbol No. 4 Ahn Chul-soo’ by 6 pm, the deadline for registration of candidates. Due to the misconsensus of both sides, voices of concern were raised in the opposition, “Will the two candidates complete the race to the end and give up the mayor’s seat to Park Young-seon of the Democratic Party together.”
