The number of new coronavirus infections (Corona 19) in Korea recorded 561 as of the 19th.

The recent increase in the number of confirmed cases is largely due to the successive impact of group infections in medical institutions and factories. According to the quarantine authorities, there have been a total of 52 cases of group outbreaks related to large-scale workplaces such as university hospitals and factories since January, with an average of 26.1 confirmed cases per case.

The number of confirmed cases related to Soonchunhyang University Seoul Hospital in Yongsan-gu, Seoul increased by 31 a day, to a total of 171 by 0 o’clock the day before, and 110 confirmed cases related to Hanyang University Hospital in Seongdong-gu, another university hospital.
