At that time, Eunbyul was 15 years old and A was 42 years old, and Eunbyul was only two years old from A’s son. It was at the obstetrics and gynecology clinic five months later that Eunbyul appeared in front of her family. Eunbyul, who gave birth to a child, said that Mr. A was reminded, and did not see the child.

Eun-byul accidentally met Mr. A, the representative of an entertainment agency, at the hospital where she was hospitalized after injuring her leg after injuries, and soon confessed that she was sexually assaulted and that she had been in constant sexual relations for a year or so. He hid the facts of the rape in case he would be caught by his family and friends, and said that the love letter sent to Mr. A in prison was also written by force.

Eunbyul sued Mr. A, but Mr. A denied the charges, saying, “I was in love with Eunbyul.” The Supreme Court returned the case to the High Court with the intention of’not guilty’, citing Eunbyul’s continuous letter to Mr. A and expressing affection. The Supreme Court judged that Eunbyol had exercised the’right to make sexual self-determination’ over the age of 13.

After the incident, Eunbyul carried her hair short and changed her appearance like a man. He was living alone without meeting his family because Mr. A might visit him. In September 2019, Mr. A filed a civil and criminal lawsuit against Eunbyul, who was in her twenties, for’racial assault charges.
