Considering Park Min-woo’s skills, suspicion of a negotiation conflict was raised because the only factor that could have a conflict with the current club is the salary negotiation. An NC official said, “It is difficult to tell who has completed the contract for each player. As an executive of the athletes’ association, the athletes’ association also apologized for the Park Min-woo incident. The athletes’ association said, “I feel a sense of responsibility on behalf of Korean professional baseball players, and I express my regrets to baseball fans and club officials who would have been hurt.” He added, “I will remind myself of the need to contribute to the creation of a proper social media culture, and I will ask you to show words and actions that are exemplary socially.”

NC fans’ wounds were deeply left by Park Min-woo’s behavior, who left an introduction saying’let’s not become an attitude’ on his profile. As a club franchise, fans who enthusiastically cheered for Park Min-woo to become the league’s best second baseman felt a sense of weakness.

In particular, Park Min-woo deleted NC-related posts on Instagram even before this incident, which makes the atmosphere more hurt. Fans who were curious about what might have happened because they left the national team photo and deleted the NC photo, learned that there was a conflict with the club, and voices of criticism are coming out of Park Min-woo, who expressed the conflict in an inappropriate way. Not only the players, but also the club and fans were left with only scars.

It is also pointed out that more careful training is needed because the player’s controversy through social media is not already once or twice.
