Earlier, on the 24th of last month, attorney Park revealed that “Mr. C, who was living in a soccer club at an elementary school in Jeonnam, from January to June 2000, was raped by seniors A and B.”

Mr. C, who was a fifth grader at the time, claimed that he was forced to have oral sex with his motives D from A and B, who were one-year seniors, and if he did not respond, he was assaulted.

Afterwards, A player was mentioned as Ki Sung-yong, and Ki Sung-yong’s management companies C2 Global and Ki Sung-yong strongly denied this and expressed a strong response.

In a press conference on the 7th, Ki Sung-yong said, “I recently appointed an attorney and are preparing to hold legal responsibility.”

He added, “I think it is correct to do my best to disclose that part,” he added. “I will always try to deal with in-depth and stiffness while consulting with an attorney.”

Afterwards, it is known that the attorney of the exposer said, “I am waiting for a lawsuit to come in (from Ki Sung-yong)” and “I have confidence to reveal the truth in court.”

Prior to this, on the 1st, attorney Park said, “We propose to stop the exhausting public opinion battles as legal representatives of the victims and cover the truth in court as soon as possible.” I ask you politely,” he said.

In addition, attorney Park emphasized, “Since the victims knew through the press release on February 26 that the lawsuit would not be filed, what they wanted was a sincere apology from Ki Sung-yong.” He completely denied the facts and said that he would take all possible legal actions, including criminal charges.”

“Therefore, the victims are hoping that Ki Sung-yong will file a civil and criminal lawsuit as soon as possible in order to resolve this issue as soon as possible,” he said.

Meanwhile, MBC’s’PD Notebook’ will be broadcast at 10:40 pm on the 16th.
