Girl group Apink leader Park Cho-rong, who is active with innocent image, goes to court for allegations of school violence.

Park Cho-rong’s elementary school alumni, A, requested an apology from Park Cho-rong, a party for the past victims, through a number of media outlets on the 5th, but claimed that it was the agency’s accusation that returned.

The time when Mr. A alleges the victims of school violence was 18 years old in 2008. He accidentally met Park Cho-rong on the street in Sachang-dong and smiled, and then glared at him with an unpleasant face.Afterwards, Park Cho-rong’s friends said,’Hey, he wants to hit you,’ and dragged him to a certain alley. He said he was in a bad mood,’ and then slap him on the cheek and kicked his shin as well.

Mr. A said, “I asked for an apology through an Instagram direct message, but rather, I was subjected to police investigations for’crime of defamation of false facts’ and’compulsory attempts’,” he said.

The agency’s position was different. The agency sued Mr. A to the Gangnam Police Station for defamation and attempted coercion when false facts were found. Although it was true that the agency had arguments and quarrels, “In fact, the relationship was continuously overturned, the meeting was canceled, and the contents of the call containing Park Cho-rong’s sincere apology were recorded and reported to the media along with false facts. They continued their behavior.”

Mr. A initially reported the damage to his agency, but refuted that he treated it as an anti-fan’s prank call and showed a lukewarm reaction. Mr. A said, “I got in touch with Park Cho-rong, but I tried to clear up the situation with a single word,’I’m sorry,’ and the pain he had suffered for more than 10 years was not resolved by a single word that he was sorry. In the second call, I changed the word that there was no fact of harassment.”

Park Cho-Rong’s agency said, “The report is an obvious scratch, and I have already threatened Park Cho-rong with the same content, and although the facts were corrected, Mr. Kim continued to overturn the facts.” While emphasizing the position of “I will hold legal responsibility for the matter until the end”, the suspicion of abusing is expected to be covered up in court.
