In the first interrogation yesterday, President Yoon Seok-yeol and the Ministry of Justice, who had been fighting for more than two hours, meet again at the Seoul Administrative Court at 3 pm today.

In today’s second interrogation, a sharp legal battle is expected to proceed based on the answers to the questionnaire sent to both sides by the court.

The questionnaire for the judiciary released by the Ministry of Justice contains seven key questions, such as whether the composition of the disciplinary committee is legal, what is the purpose of the judicial analysis document, and whether an inspection can be initiated without the approval of the president.

In general, it is interpreted to mean that we will look into the legitimacy of the discipline itself, not just incurring urgent damages in the case of suspension of execution.

The Ministry of Justice explained that the contents of the inquiry were generalized, summarized and disclosed, and the actual inquiry was more specific.

General Yoon added that the individual disciplinary grounds questioned were also about interfering with the investigation and investigation in the Channel A case.

If the hearing process ends today, a conclusion may be reached as early as the day or this week, but if there is a lot to be considered by the court, the final decision may be delayed until next week.

If the court accepts Mr. Yun’s request, Mr. Yoon may immediately return to work, and the disciplinary action will be suspended until the result of the main lawsuit is reached.

On the other hand, if the court dismisses Yun’s application, Yoon remains on two months of suspension and can return after two months.

Whatever the court’s judgment, it is expected that the court will in fact decide or invalidate the disciplinary action.
