The courier union, which had announced a general strike by demanding measures to prevent overwork, canceled the strike through a dramatic labor-management agreement.
The couriers have indicated when they will put additional personnel on sorting by the 4th of next month.

Prior to the general strike, the labor and management voted for a provisional agreement that was dramatically concluded. As a result, 86% of them agreed to accept the agreement.
The union decided to withdraw the planned general strike and return to work.

The key to this agreement is to pinpoint the timing of adding additional classifiers that have been in conflict.

The labor and management decided to check the status of the input by forming an investigation team.
In particular, in the case of Lotte Express and Hanjin Express, we plan to concentrate sorting personnel in terminals with large quantities.
If the courier drivers inevitably sort out, they decided to pay more than the minimum wage.
The agreement was signed by executives of private couriers such as CJ Logistics, Lotte Express, and Hanjin Express.
The union’s evaluation is that a promise that is more effective than the first agreement that the Korea Integrated Logistics Association made on behalf of the courier has been achieved.
