In Incheon, an accident occurred in which a drinking vehicle crossed a sidewalk and a promenade and fell into the tidal flat.

In Sejong City, fires broke out in a reed field in a park, and the police investigated.

News of incidents and accidents overnight, reporter Lee Gyeong-guk reports.

■ A car that was running goes over a sidewalk and walkway and falls into the tidal flat.

On a dark night, a white car is missing in the middle of the tidal flat.

Firefighters open car doors with lights turned on and engage in heated rescue work.

Last night (7th) around 9:40 am, a vehicle running near Soraepo-gu, Incheon, crossed the sidewalk and the promenade, broke the fence, and fell to the tidal flat.

There were pedestrians nearby at the time of the accident, but fortunately no one was injured.

A 28-year-old man and woman in a car complained of hypothermia after rescue and were taken to the hospital.

However, as a result of the police investigation, both were intoxicated at the level of revoking the blood alcohol concentration license.

After further investigation of the accident, the police plan to charge them for drunk driving.

■ Fire in the park’s reed field… Fires in other parks one after another

In the middle of the night, fireworks soar from the reed fields in the park, and hazy smoke rises.

Yesterday evening (7th), around 8 o’clock in Sejong City, a fire broke out in a reed field in a park on the banks of the Geum River.

But 28 minutes later, a fire broke out in the reed field in another park across the river, and four minutes later, another fire broke out in another park about 1.4 km away.

No one was injured, but the fire burned down 1,000 square meters of reeds and went out around 9 o’clock at night.

What was suspicious is that there were fires on the 21st and 6th of last month in a nearby reed field.

In total, eight cases in two weeks, and similar fires occurred one after another only on weekend evenings.
