We told the situation of the factory in Andong, Gyeongbuk from early morning, but here Icheon was also heavily guarded.

Military and police routinely roamed and patrolled, and even blocked reporters from approaching until the vaccine arrived.

Prior to today’s shipment, Prime Minister Jeong Sye-gyun personally visited the factory in Andong and conducted a final inspection.

The first total supply of AstraZeneca vaccine is 750,000 people, and from today, 150,000 people will be transferred to this place one after the other for five days.

The target is for residents and workers under the age of 65 in about 5,000 hospitals and rehabilitation facilities nationwide.
