This is because the mutated virus may make the vaccine less effective and you may have to get more vaccines than planned.

The vaccine that Korea has signed a purchase contract is an amount that can fit 56 million people.

The international vaccine procurement project consists of 10 million Kovacs, 10 million AstraZeneca, 20 million Modena, 6 million Janssen, and 10 million Pfizer.

In addition, 20 million NovaVax contracts are under way.

It serves up to 76 million people, but it is too early to be relieved.

This is because the vaccine has been found to be less effective in preventing some mutant viruses.

In particular, it was found that AstraZeneca, which accounts for most of Korea’s initial introduction, was not able to properly prevent infection in South African mutants compared to general Corona 19 virus.
