Former Prime Minister Han Myung-sook concluded innocence at the Supreme Prosecutors’ Meeting, which reconsidered the suspicion of perjury of the inmate in the illegal political fund transfer case.

The Supreme Swordsman reported the results of the meeting to the Ministry of Justice yesterday (20th).

The final decision maker, Nam-gwan Cho, acting as the acting prosecutor general, is also expected to finalize the charge of no charge today (21st) as soon as possible.

In the vote of the Supreme Swordsman’s Vice-Presidents’ meeting with 14 people including Prosecutor General Cho Nam-gwan, more than half of the 10 voted against the suspicion of perjury in the case of Han Myung-sook.

Not only the six high swordsman in the front line, but also some of the high swordsman chiefs, who are considered pro-government tendencies, threw fire or abstention.

The Supreme Prosecutors’ Office reported the results of this meeting to the Ministry of Justice yesterday (20th).

Although the results of the meeting are not legally binding, it is unlikely that acting Cho will overturn the results of the manager’s meeting.

The statute of limitations for this case is midnight tomorrow (22nd).

As such, it is expected that Cho will confirm the allegation of perjury in the case of Han Myeong-sook as early as today (21st).

The Ministry of Justice remained silent even when reporting the results of the Chief Swordsman’s meeting.

Secretary Park Beom-gye did not disclose a separate position.

It is known that if the dismissal of acting on behalf of Cho is delivered, the relevant report will be reviewed and whether or not to accept it.

With criticism from both inside and outside the legal profession that it was unreasonable for the Supreme Sword to judge the case that the Supreme Sword had already concluded innocent, the observation that it would be difficult for Park to reject the Supreme Sword’s conclusion again is dominant.
