The government announced that it would consider whether to directly request reimbursement rights against the BTJ Community Center in Sangju, Gyeongbuk, which violated the quarantine guidelines, such as refusing an epidemiological investigation.

Sohn Young-rae, head of the Social Strategy Division at the Central Accident Recovery Headquarters, said at a regular morning briefing, there seems to be room for review of claims for reimbursement at the central and local levels as well.

Previously, the National Health Insurance Service (National Health Insurance Corporation) has interfered with quarantine such as the Center for the Nations violating an administrative order and refusing an epidemiological investigation.

He said it was decided to claim the right to indemnify under the National Health Insurance Act.

Accordingly, it is expected to be charged to individuals, etc., of 2.6 billion won, which is borne by Health Insurance, out of a total of 3 billion medical expenses for 576 cumulative confirmed patients infected with Corona 19 through the Nation Center.

The total number of visitors to the Center of the Nations identified to date is 2,797.

Of these, 67%, or 1,873, have not yet been tested, and a significant number of visitors have cut off contact and disappeared.

Looking at the route of infection, domestic outbreaks are 536 and foreign inflows are 26.

Domestic outbreaks are still concentrated in the metropolitan area.

Seoul has 148 people, Gyeonggi 189, and Incheon 20 with 357 people in the metropolitan area alone.

In other regions, 42 in Gyeongnam, 35 in Busan, and 13 in Daegu.

Of the 26 foreign inflows, three were confirmed during the quarantine stage.

There are many deaths today.

The number of deaths per day increased by 20, and the number of severely ill patients decreased by 16, reflecting a gradual decline.
