If it is determined that Kim’s conduct is a violation, a penalty of 100,000 won per person may be imposed, and a penalty of 1.5 million won may be imposed on the store.

However, since the investigation has not yet been completed and procedures such as sending notices and listening to opinions remain, whether or not to dispose of the fine has not yet been determined, Mapo-gu explained.
