It was decided to expand and apply basic quarantine rules that the government should always follow regardless of the level of distancing.

Please explain the changing quarantine rules.

Yes, I am now in the library reading room.

As you can see, you can enter the reading room only by checking your body temperature at the entrance and filling out an access list.

You must follow basic quarantine rules, such as sitting one space apart inside.

The government has expanded and improved basic quarantine rules that must be observed at all times regardless of the distant stage.

Three new contents have been added to the current basic rules.

Of course, wearing a mask, creating an access list, and periodic ventilation and disinfection.

Now you need to designate a quarantine manager and indicate the number of people available.

First of all, eating in other places, such as restaurants and cafes, is forbidden unless you are in a facility where your food is intended to be consumed.

Libraries that have not been subject to the basic quarantine rules must follow these rules from tomorrow.

For example, if it is not in the library cafeteria, you can no longer eat food anywhere in the library.

In the meantime, facilities where food intake is prohibited have changed depending on the stage of distancing, but in the future, food intake will be restricted in all facilities where basic quarantine rules are applied.

The new basic quarantine rules are applied in nine places, including a library, a kids cafe, a sports stadium, an art gallery and a museum, and a massage parlor.

The government also checked the quarantine measures for other facilities.

Like Collatec, the quarantine standards for indoor sports facilities, such as the restriction of one person per 8 square meters of facility area, and the prohibition of food intake other than water and non-alcoholic beverages, have become strict.

A library official with me said that all new quarantine regulations have been observed from before, so there will be no big confusion at the site.

These basic quarantine rules are scheduled to be implemented after a one-week period so that newly applied facilities can adapt.

This reinforced measure will be maintained with a ban on groups of 5 or more for two weeks from tomorrow to the 11th of the following month.
