On the 7th, the Ministry of Justice appointed a senior prosecution officer at the level of the prosecutor’s office or higher.

This is the first greeting since the inauguration of Justice Minister Park Bum-gye, and the Ministry of Justice has minimized the width of personnel by horizontally shifting only four senior executives.

At the time, the Ministry of Justice focused on’organizational stability’, saying that it took into account the fact that personnel were conducted three or six months in the past year and a half.

For this reason, it is predominantly observed that the number of interim prosecution officers scheduled to be held this week will also be modest.

Above all, the greatest interest in this greeting is the appointment of executives of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office, the nation’s largest prosecutors’ office.

As Minister Park finally left the Prosecutor General in spite of Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol’s request, there is a prospect that this personnel will be in the direction of establishing the command authority of the Prosecutor General.

First of all, there is a high possibility that a close friend of the District Prosecutor’s Office will be assigned to former Deputy Prosecutor Kim Wook-joon, who became vacant while expressing his gratitude during the disciplinary situation of President Yoon Suk-yeol.

The 2nd, 3rd and 4th Deputy Prosecutors are not yet to be replaced, but the possibility of a replacement cannot be ruled out as they rebelled against Prosecutor Lee during the incident.

Criminal 1st Chief Byun Pil-gun, the chief executive officer, is also in conflict with Prosecutor Han Dong-hoon regarding the’prosecutor’s office’ related to the prosecutor’s office.

Other local prosecutors’ offices are paying attention to whether or not the 3rd Criminal Division Chief Lee Jeong-seop, the Suwon District Prosecutor’s Office, who is investigating the suspicion of the illegal departure of Daejeon District Prosecutors’ Office, Sang-Hyeon Lee, and former Deputy Minister of Justice Kim Hak-eui, who are investigating the suspicion of nuclear power plants.

Previously, Minister Park and President Yoon exchanged opinions through two meetings ahead of the senior executives, but the Ministry of Justice did not provide the final personnel proposal to Yoon before the announcement of the personnel, causing controversy over the’passing of the president.

It is unlikely that the two will meet in person over the greeting of the middle executive, but it is also a point to watch how the two sides will coordinate their opinions.
