From last month to the present, about 85% of those who received the corona19 vaccine first had completed the first vaccination.

From the day after tomorrow, vaccinations begin sequentially for inpatients, residents, and workers aged 65 or older in nursing hospitals or nursing facilities.

To date, more than 676,000 people have received the Corona 19 vaccine in Korea.

There are 619,000 AstraZeneca vaccines and 57,000 Pfizer vaccines.

Of the 799,000 people who received priority vaccination in February and March, 84.6% completed the first vaccination.

The vaccination rate compared to the domestic population is 1.3%.

The targets for vaccination will be expanded from the 23rd of the coming Tuesday.

Hospitalized, residents and workers aged 65 or older in nursing hospitals and nursing facilities nationwide.

There are 376,000 people whose AstraZeneca vaccine has been withheld due to lack of clinical data for the elderly.

The government decided to administer the vaccination after a recent study in Britain and Scotland concluded that the AstraZeneca vaccine was effective for the elderly as well.

Experts expected that in the case of 65 years of age or older, a blood test before vaccination would relieve anxiety about the side effects of the vaccine to some extent.
