The police are restoring mobile phone and PC files of LH employees who are suspected of speculation, and some of the deleted files have been restored.

Rep. Bok-hee Lee, who is suspected of buying land in Siheung in the name of her daughter, attended the police and observed the forensic process.

It is known that the investigation has not been conducted directly as it is not a formal summoning.

Earlier on the 6th, a civic group raised suspicion of speculation, saying that Congressman Lee bought the land in Siheung, Gyeonggi-do in the name of his daughter in September 2018, before the announcement of the 3rd new city.

They knew the development information in advance, and they uploaded the building the following year to do so-called’discipline’.

Afterwards, the police seized and searched five locations, including the office and home of Gwangmyeong City 6th grade official A, who was accused with Lee.

On the 9th, the police first forensicized 18 mobile phones and tablet PCs of LH employees that were secured in the first seizure search.

Among them, 4 mobile phones and 3 tablet PCs, which were difficult to analyze due to initialization and technical reasons, were handed over to the noodle version, and some of the deleted files were known to have been recovered.

A police official explained that in the call with YTN, the electronic devices are being restored in the desired direction, and that general data are already being extracted and analyzed normally.

As soon as the analysis of the confiscated material is finalized, the special edition plans to call LH staff one after the other to investigate as early as next week.

In addition, as the scale of the investigation started out of the LH speculation suspicion has expanded to the real estate corruption of public officials nationwide, the scale of the investigation has increased.
