On the 25th of last month, one worker was confirmed, and during the investigation of the contact person, 4 visitors, family members, and acquaintances were additionally confirmed.

In the aftermath of this group infection, 355 new cases occurred, maintaining the range of 300 for the second day.

Although it has decreased from the average of 370 confirmed cases per day for the past week, it is unsafe considering that the number of tests is less than half of the weekdays.

In the recent infection route, contact with prior confirmed patients was the most common at 35%, group infections accounted for 27%, and cases under investigation of the infection route accounted for 23%.

In the box manufacturing plant in Icheon, Gyeonggi-do, 18 more were confirmed after 4 confirmed cases, and 5 more were confirmed at the Gwangju call center, resulting in 65 cases.

Of the 18 new outbreaks last week, workplace-related 11 cases accounted for the most.
