A substantive examination of a warrant for arrest of a man in his 20s accused of murdering three mothers and daughters in an apartment in Nowon-gu, Seoul will be held this afternoon.

When does the warrant deliberation start today?

It is held at the Seoul Northern District Court from 2pm.

Mr. Kim, 25, went to an apartment in Nowon-gu at around 5:30 pm on the 23rd of last month, and was filed for an arrest warrant for murdering three mothers and daughters.

When the police received a report from an acquaintance of the victim saying that they could not contact a friend, they mobilized and arrested Mr. Kim at the scene, but at that time, Mr. Kim attempted self-harm and injured his neck.

I was hospitalized after undergoing surgery, and was discharged the day before (2nd).

Immediately after leaving the hospital, Mr. Kim was under intense scrutiny for two consecutive days.

After finishing the police investigation last night, when asked by reporters asking the reason for the crime, Mr. Kim repeatedly said,’I’m sorry.’

Among the three mothers and daughters who died, the police are said to have intensively investigated the relationship with the eldest daughter A and the motive for the crime.

A profiler was also put in to analyze Kim’s psychology.

In addition, after the crime, Mr. Kim deleted the records of Mr. A’s mobile phone, and the exact details are being investigated.

The police confiscating Mr. Kim’s cell phone, etc. to check the situation of stalking, are believed to have committed the crime once Kim could not contact Mr. A.

The family of the three mothers and daughters repeatedly demanded severe punishment, saying that Kim tried to avoid even police investigations after a brutal crime.

As early as this evening, it is expected that Kim’s arrest will be decided.

More than 240,000 people agreed to petitions calling for the disclosure of Mr. Kim’s personal information.

The police are planning to hold a deliberation committee on disclosure of personal information this week to discuss this.
