A resident in a nursing facility in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, died after being vaccinated against Corona 19.

According to health officials, the person who died was a man in his 50s who received the AstraZeneca vaccine at a nursing hospital in Goyang city yesterday morning.

I had a heart attack and breathing difficulties yesterday afternoon, and I received first aid, and then I had a heart attack again this morning and received first aid, but died.

This patient is known to have had multiple underlying diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and stroke, and the vaccine side effects have not been confirmed.

Two reports of serious abnormalities were also received.

A man in his 50s who received the AstraZeneca vaccine at a nursing hospital in Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi Province, developed headache and systemic weakness 20 minutes after vaccination.

In addition, a man in his 60s who was vaccinated at a nursing hospital in Pyeongtaek also experienced symptoms of body muscle pain and lowering blood pressure along with fever one day after the vaccination, and he moved to a nearby large hospital.

Gyeonggi-do health authorities said that men who reported adverse reactions in Uijeongbu had a history of high blood pressure and diabetes, while men reported in Pyeongtaek had a history of cerebrovascular disease, and both men seemed to be less likely to have anaphylaxis.

Looking at the corona vaccination status, 63,644 people received the corona 19 vaccine one day yesterday.

As a result, the cumulative number of inoculations exceeded 87,000.

Based on the total population in Korea, the inoculation rate is 0.17%.

Of these, 85,904 people received the AstraZeneca vaccine and 1,524 people received the Pfizer vaccine.
