Police investigating allegations of LH land dumping seized and searched the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

This is the first time that the Gyeonggi Southern Police Agency has initiated a forced investigation by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport after allegations of land speculation by public officials such as LH employees have been raised.
It is reported that the police have secured data containing information on former and current LH employees during the seizure search.

As it was difficult to confirm the information of former employees during the seizure and search of LH headquarters, it seems that they have initiated a forced investigation into the top agency, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
It is known that the investigation focused on the flow of information, such as the new city development plan, between former and current employees.
Confiscation and search were also conducted at the head office and two branches of the North Siheung Nonghyup in Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do.
It was found that the North Siheung Nonghyup intensively provided a loan of 4.3 billion won, which is half of the total purchase capital, to 9 out of 13 LH employees who were initially suspicious of land speculation.
It is said that the police are looking into whether the local Agricultural Cooperatives played a role in financing speculation in the process of receiving a mortgage loan.
In addition, we are speeding up the analysis of confiscated items such as mobile phones obtained by searching the LH headquarters and Siheung City Council.
As soon as the analysis of the seized material is finished, the policy is to conduct a full summons investigation as early as next week.
The Special Investigation Headquarters said it is investigating or investigating 198 people, including LH employees and public officials, who were involved in 37 allegations of real estate speculation.
The police report center, which started operation on the 15th, received nearly 200 reports within two days of operation.
