[사회]Knowing’new city confirmation’ and betting on’outskirts’?…”real exhausted land speculation”

[앵커]

LH employees, who are suspected of speculation by buying several lands in Gwangmyeong and Siheung districts in Gyeonggi Province, were found to have reached out to the outskirts of the new city.

It’s 2km away from the new city development area, and experts say it’s a real dumping land that only so-called’real estate agents’ know.

The land of Maehwa-dong, Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do, is over 2,000 square meters.

On the other hand, some vegetables are planted and it’s a pile of dirt.

This field was bought by LH employee A on January 8th with three acquaintances.

The garlic, cabbage, and spinach that the former owner planted last year remain like this.

If you look at the rest of the land, it is still empty like this.

This farmland, which sold for 1.6 billion won, is about 2km away from the new city-confirmed area.

The parcel that Mr. A bought only in the Gwangmyeong and Siheung new towns, along with his wife and acquaintances, is worth about 4.84 billion won.

Experts believe that Mr. A was aiming after the new town was built.

It is the so-called’real estate Tazza’ who knows that the outskirts where private developers are running are actually more profitable than new cities where the amount of compensation is limited.

Mr. A bought and sold the land in Maehwa-dong about a month before the announcement of the new city.

At the time, it was reported that LH was internally finalizing plans for a new city with the government and preparing for consultations with local governments.

At the time when very few knew the boundaries of the new urban development area, they reached out to the nearby’Yolnja’ land.
