Cha Gyu-geun, the head of the Immigration Office of the Ministry of Justice, who approved the emergency ban on departure from former Vice Minister Kim as the general manager of immigration control, is also in the shape of speeding up the prosecution’s investigation, as he has recently been subpoenaed twice as a suspect.
