The Open Democratic Party’s representative Choi Kang-wook is again in court for spreading false information against former reporter Dong-jae Lee, who is a party to the attempted attempts to force Channel A.

So far, all three prosecutions have been made, but today the court’s first judgment is made on the allegation of filling out a false internship confirmation form for the son of former Justice Minister Cho Kook.

It is written that this is the gist of a remark from former Channel A reporter Lee Chul-jae, who was suspected of being forced to try, to former VIK representative Lee Chul.

CEO Choi insisted that former reporter Lee told the former representative,’It’s okay if it’s not true, so tell him you gave money to Si-min Yoo to live.’

He also wrote that he said,’We have prepared the person to sue, and that we will rob Ryu Si-min’s house and family and confiscate and search the labor force.

At the same time, they stipulated that the contents of these transcripts were planned for the general election of the prosecution and the media, as well as a coup.

However, civic groups accused Choi to the prosecution, claiming that there was no such content in the public transcript.

Nine months after the accusation, the prosecution saw that it was defamation due to false facts, and handed him over to trial in a state of disability.

Hwang Hee-seok, former head of the Human Rights Bureau of the Ministry of Justice, and Ji-mo, a reporter of the alleged prosecution and prosecution, who were accused of obstructing the business of Channel A together with CEO Choi, were unprosected.

CEO Choi also criticized the prosecution of retaliating against those who attempted to protect and reveal the crimes, while he thought it was a homework for those who would lead the prosecution reform and media reform after the prosecution.

Choi is handed over to trial for falsely writing his son’s internship certificate for former Justice Minister Cho Kook, and is now facing a first trial today (28th).

Separately, he is also being prosecuted and tried for falsely proclaiming that the charges related to the internship confirmation during the last general election were not true.

With the addition of the charges of defamation this time, CEO Kang-wook Choi has been tried in three cases.
