The adoptive parents still denied the intention of the murder.

Today’s trial is held three times, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.

Each trial has one witness, three in total.

In the first trial, an acquaintance of the mother-in-law of Ms. Yang-woo, and in the afternoon trial, the residents of the lower house and the psychological analyst at the great sword are present and testify.

First of all, an acquaintance who appeared at the morning trial said that Jung In met Yang at a meeting of adopted family members in 2019.

He said that he spent time visiting kids cafes and the like together, and the witness spoke of the circumstances in which Yang-mo had neglected Jeong In-i.

First of all, I had met Yangmo for about 15 days in 3 months from July of last year, but it is said that she did not bring Jeong In about 5 times.

It is said that in September, I went to a kids cafe that was far away without a friend.

Jang explained that the child sleeps for more than three hours and can check the child with a mobile phone app, and that there is no problem with leaving the child at home alone.

The psychoanalyst, who will appear as a witness in the afternoon trial, is likely to play a role in proving the murder’s unwritten intentions.

During the first trial, the prosecution changed the main accusation against Jang from child abuse fatality to murder.

One of the reasons is the result of Jang’s integrated psychological analysis.

At the time, the prosecution said that it had asked four forensic experts for their opinions on the additional causes of death, and that they had also reviewed the report on the results of Jang’s integrated psychological analysis.

Through this, we judged that there was a perception that Jeong In-i might die.

As the prosecution applied the murder charge, it is expected to prove through the witness newspaper today that Jang continued to assault, even though it recognized that Jung In-yi would die.

However, even in today’s trial, Jang’s side still denies the murder charges, sticking to the existing position that he accidentally dropped Jeong-in.

The attorney admitted some of the assaults, but refuted that the adoptive parents had no intention of killing the child, so that they could only be viewed as unwritten and intentional.

They also explained that there was no perception that the behavior they were doing at the time was abuse.

Yangbu-an, who also submitted a reflection statement to the court last month, entered the courtroom at about 8:50 am today without a request for personal protection.

The Korean Child Abuse Prevention Association and the citizens, who gathered in front of the court in commemoration of In-i Jung at every trial, are calling for strict punishment for adoptive parents in front of the court.

So far, the Ministry of Social Affairs has delivered it.
